At Pukas Surf Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and surfboards are padded securely to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
