There’s a slightly wider base for drive and just enough rake that combines with a thinner tip for a tighter radius on turns and less drag. The 9.0” is more utilitarian and can be used for shorter longboards for driving down-the-line speed, nose rides and smooth cutbacks and gliders as well.
